Frequently asked questions

When are boxing picks posted?

A pick goes up as soon as the sportsbooks we compare post a moneyline for the fight, always before it starts, and it is never changed afterward. The first pick this week went up on Thursday, October 8.

How is each boxing pick chosen?

Each pick is the market favorite: the fighter the prices at MyBookie, Bovada, BetOnline and BetUS rate most likely to win, averaged across the books with their margin removed. It is posted at the best price available at that moment.

How are boxing picks graded?

Picks are on the moneyline and graded on the official result: won or lost. A draw or a no contest has no result. Losing picks stay on the page and in the record.

Where do the boxing odds come from?

From MyBookie, Bovada, BetOnline and BetUS. We check their prices through the day and show each book's moneyline side by side. The best price on each bet is marked when at least two books post it.
